Past life regression is a hypnosis that resembles a very deep meditation. During a past life regression session you will be able to access past lives and/or memories that your Higher Self or Subconscious wishes you to see. You will also have the ability to connect to your Higher Self or Subconscious to receive answers to questions that you have regarding your life in this lifetime.

I have been trained in the Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique or QHHT method of Past Life Regression taught by Dolores Cannon. 

The past life regression portion of your session can only last a maximum of two hours. Typically, the past life regression portion lasts between an hour and two hours. However, in our initial interview prior to your first session, we will spend an hour or two discussing why you would like to have a past life regression, some of your personal history, and will go over the questions you have for your Higher Self/Subconscious. This is also a time that you can get to know me better, and ask any additional questions you may have. We also need approximately thirty minutes after your session to go over what you remember, what questions that you had answered, and any questions you may have regarding your session.  I suggest keeping at least a five to six hour window of time open for your first session.

Yes. Your Past Life Regression session will be audio recorded. You will get your recorded session sent to you by email that you can listen to on your Google Drive.

You are allowed to ask any question you would like. No question is off limits. You can also ask as many questions as you like. However, due to time limitations, we may not get to ask all of your questions. I will go over which questions are most important to you during our interview, so that I make sure I ask your Higher Self/Subconscious the information that is the most important to you. I also recommend to my clients to write their questions down prior to your session. That way you do not have to try and remember the questions you would like to ask during the interview.

No. All of my sessions need to be done in person. Dolores Cannon advocated that this was the best way to conduct a Past Life Regression session as safely as possible. In honor of her legacy, I do not deter from her method of QHHT.

No, Past Life Regression is a very safe practice of hypnosis. However, you may regress to a past life or memory that can be a hard moment to remember. I need to be on hand to keep your discomfort level at a minimum. There is also the risk of being disconnected with an online session. 

Some of my clients remember all of their session, some only vaguely recall some parts of their session, and some do not remember any of their session. Every client is different. That is why all sessions are audio recorded so that you can listen to your session at your leisure after your past life regression session.

If you are a person who meditates, or who has meditated in the past, it can be helpful to meditate in preparation to your session. Although, it is not required. You will be laying down during your past life regression session, so dressing in comfortable clothing is recommended. The goal is for you to be in a relaxed and comfortable state during your session. So, if there are any foods or drinks that may keep you from this relaxed state, I would suggest avoiding them for at least twenty four hours prior to your session.

Currently, I do all my sessions in my clients home or other location where they feel comfortable.

I can travel to any location. For my clients that are an hour or so from my home, there are no travel expenses required. However, for my clients that are outside of my immediate area, travel expenses may need to be discussed.
